Coconut Pecan Cookies

These cookies are buttery and full of warm toasted pecans, and shredded coconut. The perfect envelopment of classic holiday flavors.

My coworker recently brought me some amazing cookies that Savemart sells in their bakery. They were so buttery, nutty, and full of coconut. Before she even had to ask, I knew I had to create my own version of them.

These cookies are a pretty good "copycat" if I don't say so myself! They're addictive with their toasted pecans and the sweet shredded coconut. These will be the stars of my holiday cookie plates. That's saying something, coming from someone who scoffs at cookies without chocolate.
